Next week, we’ll celebrate American independence in our usual fashion here at MONO. We call it Midsummer’s Dream and it works like this – we close the company for the week and we each head off to rejuvenate our psyche in our own fashion – traveling the fjords of Norway, spending time with family and friends, or chasing down our personal ambitions.

But so you don’t miss us while we’re gone, this year we’re marking the event by combining MONO's strong foodie game with our love of simplicity and presenting you with mononomnoms, a labor of love from us to you.
