Katie Riddle, James Robinson and Britt Nolan on Transforming Culture

Great Guns USA and LBB return with the tenth episode of 5N30 season three, the panel show celebrating the industry’s creative spirit - and the personalities that keep it moving forward. Covering ‘anything but advertising’ this week’s panel touches on everything from dinner party multiverses to a shared dislike of self-reflection.

This week, Olly Blackburn, director at Great Guns USA and LBB’s Americas editor Addison Capper are joined by Katie Riddle, ECD at MONO, James Robinson, chief creative officer, NA at Momentum Worldwide and Britt Nolan, president and CCO at Leo Burnett Chicago.
In this episode, our panellists reveal which four people, dead or alive, would be invited to their dinner party, delve into which of their own personality traits make them stand out, and discuss cultural events that have had the biggest impact on their lives.

Next, they chat about the happy accidents in their lives that have led them to where they are today, and tell us what the best gift they remember receiving as a child was and how it impacted them. As a bonus, they discuss mentors in the industry, and the invaluable lessons learned from them.

Listen in here to find out which two of the three panellists would invite Taylor Swift to their dinner parties, how noughties pop culture inspires Katie, and how James made his unusual entry to advertising by appearing as an alien in a Japanese credit card commercial
