Five MONOites Honored at AdFed’s 32 Under 32 Awards

Five of MONO’s very own were honored in AdFed’s 2022 32 Under 32 competition. The annual awards honor Minnesota’s top young marketing, advertising and creative minds who not only excel at their job, but also go above and beyond for the betterment of others. These go-getters exude that spark at the core, and represent what being a MONOite is all about.

Patience Lekien, Production Designer

While Patience’s official title at MONO is production designer, he would be more accurately described as “creative swiss army knife.” Designer, art director, illustrator, animator, web designer, artist are just a few of the talents he brings to assignments big and small. He is constantly supporting new requests and projects, multitasking numerous priorities and oftentimes managing very detailed oriented work. Yet, he always brings a personal pride and his unique style, elevating the work however and wherever he can.

Franny Quirsfeld, Associate Connections Strategy Director

What truly makes Franny an exceptional strategist is her endless curiosity and empathy. Franny has an insatiable fascination with the speed at which the world develops – and from this fascination, she believes it is our role as humans to stay curious: to keep learning and experimenting. But to always do so through a lens of how the world’s advancements affect people and their behaviors.

Profit Idowu, Account Director

Profit puts people at the center of everything he does. He cares deeply about his teammates on the agency and client teams, and adopts a people-first mentality. With Profit at the helm of accounts big and small, we are able to connect the needs of the client and the spirit of the brand to create stunning visual campaigns that work. Simply put, he makes things happen. He is equally comfortable orchestrating a team as he is rolling up his sleeves and tackling a task on his own.

Sara Jean, Social Creative

Sara has always leaned in to make the best socially relevant creative possible. She brings deep understanding, knowledge, and insight about the platforms, trends, and the people using them. She wears multiple hats seamlessly and simultaneously - from crafting a thoughtful strategic perspective to concepting against the latest TikTok craze to her hands-on approach to production, she's on the ball and ready to rock, all with a positive attitude and smile.

Sarah Knight, Account Supervisor

One of Sarah’s strengths is keeping morale high. She not only cares deeply about the work and the clients, but also for her team and their individual, human experiences. This balance makes her exceptional at her job, which is all about building and fostering great relationships. Sarah cares a lot about making sure we're representing genuine experiences through our work. She hopes to help brands creatively pave a path forward with compelling and diverse stories that allow them to authentically connect with their audiences.
